Conner is the founder of Hightower Industries and the one out front making sure the customers are taken care of and that every job is handled with the highest level of workmanship and integrity. On any given day, Conner can be found helping a homeowner navigate complicated insurance paperwork, on the roof with the roofing crew, or training project managers in the field.
Carla Hightower
Owner - Design Consultant
Carla is a Florida native who studied merchandising at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and Interior Design at UCF in Orlando. Carla has over 20 years of experience in interior design and remodeling work, working with architects to design custom dream homes.
Kyle Hightower
President of business development
Kyle has over 30 years of experience as an executive account manager, specializing in government and large commercial projects. Kyle is dedicated to overseeing the projects from conception to final inspection and is passionate about building the company as an industry leader.
